Sharing in the passion and desire to lead a healthy lifestyle Ingrid joined her husbands vision of providing affordable healthy meals for people that wanted to get away from diets and move into real Healthy Lifestyle Changes. By coming on board and creating Preplean , Ingrid has been able to create an easy streamlined system that gyms and retailers can carry while offering the very best in meals prep options. Her vision is an addition to the original plan her husband created. Bringing in her own personal experiences of being a working mother of 8 and at one point a single mother, her desire to feed people healthy meals at affordable prices with easy convenience was brought together to create TNC Meals. Ingrid also has a strong desire to utilize the family business to help others in the community by joining forces with various charities. Her direct quote and motto is ‘ God graced me with beautiful and healthy children.
